Once you contacted us to arrange for a return, we will send you a return shipping label for USPS or UPS. Simply place the products back into their original shipping container and mail it back to us using the return shipping label we sent you. Should you return an order that was placed using a promotional code, discount, or offer, you will not be refunded for the amount of the code, discount, or offer. Otherwise, we will issue a full refund for the items you returned.

All our face masks come in individualized packaging. Simply return any unused face masks (ones still in their individualized packaging) back into the box they came in. Place the box in the container we mailed you the face masks with. Then, send us the container using the return shipping label we sent you. You only need to return the face masks that are still in their individualized packaging.
